SINGLE CRANK PRESSES, SIMPLE OPERATION, OPEN SERIES KP with a fixed table, non-tilting, are designed for various cold stamping operations: blanking, punching holes, bending, shallow drawing, perforating, etc.
Presses can be used either independently or as part of automated complexes and lines.
Design Features:
- solid cast or all-welded annealed bed;
- single-stage drive with the shaft positioned parallel to the front of the press;
- multi-disc friction clutch-brake with pneumatic activation;
- manual adjustment of the slider stroke;
- manual adjustment of the distance between the table and the slider;
- fuse in the slide to protect the press from overload - brittle (shear);
- mechanical ejector in the slide;
- control system based on an industrial controller; two-hand push-button control.
Options:
- pedal control (supplied complete with work area fencing);
- pneumatic cushion in the table.
