 In order to remain a competitive organization, OJSC Kuzlitmash is building an effective quality management system based on a risk-oriented process approach using management techniques and tools. All this allows OJSC Kuzlitmash to successfully confirm that the quality management system for design, production, sales and warranty service of forging equipment and technological equipment for foundry production; production of metal products and structures for construction and industrial purposes complies with STB ISO 9001-2015.

   

  The main goal of implementing a quality management system is to produce competitive products that meet consumer requirements and maintain a reputation as a supplier of high quality products. The quality management system provides for continuous improvement of methods and means of managing the Company.
  The main directions and goals of development of our Company in the field of quality are formulated and documented by senior management in the form of the Development Strategy of OJSC Kuzlitmash for 2021-2025 and the Quality Policy.

   

   Our goal is to produce high-quality products at affordable prices, to be a leader in the domestic market and to actively increase sales volumes.

By decree of the Head of State, 2024 was declared the Year of Quality

  This decision was made in order to further improve the quality of life of the Belarusian people, ensure the competitiveness of the national economy on the world stage, stimulate initiative, create responsibility in society for the results of their work and a sense of belonging to the future of the country.

  As part of the Year of Quality, emphasis will be placed on increasing the competitiveness of Belarus through a careful and thoughtful approach to resources, the implementation of high-tech and energy-intensive projects, and the priority of qualitative indicators over quantitative ones. Efforts will be focused on ensuring quality indicators by stimulating initiative, introducing innovative ideas, strengthening social optimism in society, and the desire to create for the common good.Priority attention is planned to be given to the formation of personal responsibility among citizens for achieving a high quality of life (sufficient level of income, timely medical examination, healthy nutrition, good education, cultural leisure).

 Belarus has introduced the State Quality Mark: a guarantee of reliability and high standards.

  The company has developed an action plan for OJSC Kuzlitmash to ensure the implementation of the Republican action plan for holding the Year of Quality in 2024 (posted on the internal website of the enterprise: QMS - Year of Quality).
