Design features of the presses:
- the frame of the press is a welded annealed structure, which ensures minimal deformation under load;
- the drive of the bending slide is carried out from two hydraulic cylinders and a hydraulic system, made on the components of leading European companies;
- three speeds of the bending cycle are provided, which provide a quick approach of the punch, an optimal bending speed and a quick return of the slide to its original position;
- control of the synchronization of the stroke of the rods of the hydraulic cylinders is carried out from two optoelectronic rulers mounted on the edges of the slide, through the CNC system and proportional hydraulics;
- movement of hydraulic cylinders along the Y1 and Y2 axes is carried out with a positioning accuracy of ± 0.01mm. This ensures that the bending angle is accurate regardless of the position of the workpiece in the working area.
- numerical control system based on Delem.
Standard equipment supplied with the press:
- bending tool: sectional-puncheon and sectional die with grooves 16,22,35,50 mm (for presses with force less than 1600 kN inclusive;
- tool holder according to the European standard (PROMECAM-AMADA type) with mechanical fixation;
- remote control panel;
- foot control pedal;
- two adjustable supports in front;
- photo protection of the working space from the rear of the press;
- pendant control panel;
- side rails
- two safety blocks.
To solve complex production problems, CNC press brakes can be equipped with various options.
The complete set of the press, depending on the version:
- table deflection compensation mechanism (crowning mechanism) - manual or automatic from CNC;
- backgauge with programmable number of axes: I (X); 2 (X; R); 4 (X; R; Zl; Z2); 5 (XI; X2; R; Z1; Z2); 6 (X1; X2; RI; R2; Z1; Z2).
