COMPOSITE PRESSES are designed to perform pressing and pressing operations, piercing, calibration, bending, and straightening of metal products.
The semi-automatic accelerated pressing press DP2436 is distinguished by the presence of a hydraulic accumulator, which provides high initial speeds of the working strokes of the slider or ejector (during transfer pressing), adjustable over a wide range, which allows for accelerated direct pressing or the production of thin reinforced products using the transfer method.
The press can operate in semi-automatic and adjustment modes for direct and transfer pressing.
The press allows you to work:
- with and without an ejector;
- with the engine turned off for the duration of holding under pressure and without turning off the engine;
- with and without pre-pressing;
- with and without a battery.
The design of the press ensures safe working conditions subject to the rules of transportation, storage, operation, maintenance and repair.
