Crank shears are designed for cutting sheet material.
They are used in procurement and repair shops of machine-building enterprises. They can be used as part of automated complexes and automatic lines.
The electrical circuit ensures the operation of the shears in the adjustment modes and single strokes. The drive is carried out from an electric motor through a V-belt transmission to the flywheel. Rotation is transmitted to an eccentric shaft connected to the knife bolster by rods from the flywheel, through a pneumatic brake clutch and a pair of gears.
The shears control is push-button and by the pedal. Lubrication of the most loaded shears is carried out using a centralized grease lubrication system. The rest of the rubbing surfaces are lubricated with a syringe. A manual drive is installed on a crank shears backgauge. The position of the backgauge relative to the cutting line is indicated by a ruler or revolution counter. It is possible to manufacture crank shears equipped with a D-Range Optimizer (DRO) and a motorized backgauge.
The coordinates counting of the backgauge position is carried out according to the digital display device.
An angle bolster and other accessories are available on request.
