Hydraulic shears (guillotine) are designed for cutting sheet metal. When cutting, the knife bolster makes a swinging stroke, turning around an axis with an eccentricity, which provides simplicity and convenience of adjusting the gap between the knives.
The hydraulic circuit of the shears is simple: 2 hydraulic cylinders are connected in series. Oil from the rod cavity of the driving cylinder is squeezed out into the piston cavity of the driven hydraulic cylinder ensuring the synchronization of the hydraulic cylinders operation. Oil leakage from the closed rod cavity of the master cylinder and the piston cavity of the work surface is replenished automatically at the end of each working stroke due to valves located in the hydraulic cylinders. The force developed by the hydraulic clamps is proportional to the cutting force developed by the working hydraulic cylinders.
The rear stop on the shears is electrically driven. The countdown of the coordinates of the position of the backgauge - according to the digital display device.
