The “local constitution” is defined for the period from 2022 to 2024. The collective agreement for 2019-2021 was taken as a basis, to which additions and changes were made, and all sections and main annexes of the document, which guarantees the social security of each employee of Kuzlitmash JSC, are preserved.
This document will be signed in the near future. It is planned that the new collective agreement will come into force on June 1 this year.
