Order No. 312 dated November 18, 1971 "On the construction of a plant of unified and special units for foundry automatic lines."

In January 1974, the construction of a plant for forging and pressing automatic lines began.

By the end of 1974, the first launch complex was to be put into operation.

On December 30, 1974, an Act was signed certifying the commissioning of the objects of the first complex (the main and administrative buildings, a canteen).

Since 1975, the plant has been producing automatic lines, mechanization kits for metal pressure casting.

In 1975, the plant was renamed the Pinsk Foundry Equipment Plant.

In 1978, a second launch complex was introduced.

In 1979, the plant was renamed into the Pinsk Production Association for the Production of Foundry Equipment (POLO).

Order No. 298 of July 18, 1985 on the merger of the two factories. The new enterprise was named "Pinsk production association for the production of forging and pressing and foundry automatic lines "Kuzlitmash".

Together with the BelNIIMSH plant, specialists developed a new direction in the development of the association and organized the production of agricultural machines.

In 1997, they produced unique presses for India. In 1998-1999, we developed three-block automatic lines for the production of radiators, program-controlled press brakes.

In November 2010, the Pinsk Republican Unitary Enterprise Kuzlitmash was transformed into OJSC Kuzlitmash.

The equipment manufactured by JSC Kuzlitmash is operated in the CIS countries, including such well-known enterprises as Gorky, Ural Automobile Plants, Volgograd, Chelyabinsk Tractor Plants, Nizhny Tagil Boiler and Radiator Plant, Georgievsky and Krolevetsky Valve Plants, Saransk Foundry and etc., and KPO is supplied to enterprises in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, India, etc.

On the basis of Order No. 671 dated September 18, 2012, Kuzlitmash OJSC was included in the BELAZ-HOLDING holding with the management company of the holding, Open Joint Stock Company BELAZ.

According to the results of work for 2018, by the decision of the Pinsk City Executive Committee dated 05.02.2019 No. 131 “On entering enterprises, organizations, institutions on the Board of Honor of the city of Pinsk”, the best enterprises and organizations of the city are listed on the Board of Honor of Pinsk, including among industrial enterprises Open Joint Stock Company "Kuzlitmash".

On June 4, 2019, the grand opening of a trading facility on the territory of JSC Kuzlitmash took place. After the repair, the shopping facility called “Products” is open not only for the employees of the enterprise, but also for all interested buyers.

In accordance with the Decree of the State Standard of December 31, 2020 No. 104, JSC Kuzlitmash became the winner of the contest "The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" with the equipment "Hydraulic press with a force of 500 kN for the manufacture of plastic skis" in the nomination "Industrial and technical products".
