OJSC Kuzlitmash provides a full range of services for modernization, medium and major repairs of forging and pressing equipment.
One of the activities of JSC "Kuzlitmash" is the restoration, repair and modernization of forging and pressing equipment (KPO), both of its own production and of other manufacturers. The plant is actively working to find customers, conducts technical expertise of equipment, offers customers options for modernization and repair on various components, both domestic and foreign components.
This approach is based on the fact that the purchase of new, modern equipment requires significant capital investments, and restoration repairs with the modernization of the old one are much cheaper. This way for many enterprises is practically the only way to extend the life of the machine, increase productivity, flexibility and safety of their own production, improve the quality of products, as well as expand technological capabilities in the development of new types of products.
JSC "Kuzlitmash" provides a full range of services for modernization, medium and major repairs of forging and pressing equipment. The process of providing repair and modernization services includes the following stages:
- at the request of the Customer, an assessment of the technical condition of the equipment, its completeness, a preliminary assessment of the complexity of repair and cost is made;
- a defective statement and an estimate of repair and restoration works are compiled, depending on the nature of the repair and the Customer's wishes for the modernization of equipment. The terms of the work are determined;
- major repairs with modernization are being carried out;
- commissioning of the restored equipment is carried out on the Customer's territory by the Contractor.
The cost of equipment that has undergone major repairs and modernization is approximately 60-70% of the price of a new one, while its quality and reliability are not inferior to the new one and are ensured by the presence of its own production base and experienced qualified specialists.
Systematizing all types of work performed by JSC "Kuzlitmash" during the overhaul and modernization of equipment, the classical technology of repair work, provides:
- Complete disassembly with cleaning and washing of all components and parts of the press from dirt, followed by their revision, repair or replacement with new ones.
- Complete restoration of the coatings of the parts.
- Replacement of normalized components (bearings, RTI, hardware, friction linings, springs, etc.).
- Replacement or restoration of lubrication systems and pneumatic equipment.
- Replacement of electrical equipment and control systems taking into account modern requirements for reliability and safety, manufacture of an electrical cabinet with modern components.
- Assembly and adjustment of all components and systems of the press.
- Running-in of the press and bringing it up to the passport standards of accuracy.
- Conducting installation supervision, commissioning and warranty service.
- Customer service personnel training.
The duration of the work is from 3 to 8 months, depending on the condition of the equipment and its standard size, and the Contractor's warranty is established for the restored equipment.
