Sanitary and industrial laboratory of JSC Kuzlitmash provides services (sanitary and hygienic assessment of working conditions as part of production control and certification of workplaces), certification of turnkey workplaces, measurement of atmospheric air control at the border of sanitary protective zone.
We offer enterprises, organizations and individual entrepreneurs services to determine:
1. Concentrations of harmful substances in the air of the working area:
- chromium(VI) oxide; chromium(III) oxide; manganese; nitrogen dioxide; iron(III) oxide; iron; caustic alkalis; sulfuric acid; sulfur dioxide; formaldehyde; chromic acid salts in terms of chromium (VI) (chromic anhydride and salts of chromic acid); lead; zinc oxide; ammonia; methylbenzene (toluene); dust; industrial oil; ethanoic (acetic) acid; carbon monoxide, acetone (propan-2-one), xylene (dimethylbenzene).
2. Physical factors:
- noise: sound pressure levels in octave frequency bands, dB; sound level, dBA; energy-equivalent sound levels, dBA; maximum sound levels, dBA;
- local vibration: logarithmic levels of RMS values of vibration accelerations, measured in octave or one-third octave frequency bands, dB; logarithmic levels of frequency-corrected values of vibration accelerations, dB; energy-equivalent logarithmic levels of frequency-corrected values of vibration accelerations, dB;
- total vibration: logarithmic levels of RMS values of vibration accelerations, measured in octave or one-third octave frequency bands, dB; logarithmic levels of frequency-corrected values of vibration accelerations, dB; energy-equivalent logarithmic levels of frequency-corrected values of vibration accelerations, dB.
- natural and artificial lighting;
- microclimate parameters: intensity of thermal radiation, air temperature, relative air humidity, air velocity
3. Concentrations of pollutants in the atmospheric air:
- sulfur dioxide; solid particles (undifferentiated dust / aerosol); nitrogen dioxide.
