DEPARTMENT OF METROLOGY

The metrology department of OJSC Kuzlitmash tests forging equipment and technological equipment for foundry production for compliance with safety requirements, as well as measuring metal hardness and the thickness of metal galvanic coatings.

Metrology Department:

Measures metal hardness using the Brinell (HB) and Rockwell (HR) methods.
Measures the coating thickness of steel parts with zinc, nickel and cadmium coating up to 6 mm thick.
Conducts tests of forging equipment and technological equipment for foundry production for safety requirements in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU 010/2011, TR CU 004/2011) and technical conditions.

Tests include the following indicators: electrophysical measurements, noise and vibration characteristics of equipment, requirements for local lighting of the machine and other characteristics.

The right to conduct tests is determined by the Accreditation Certificate No. BY/112 2.0038 dated May 19, 1994.
