C – frame presses are non-tiltable with a fixed table and normal table dimensions.
Designed for various cold stamping operations: punching, bending, shallow drawing and other cold stamping operations. The press frame is welded with increased rigidity.
The advantage of the drive is its simplicity. The rotation from the electric motor is transmitted directly to the flywheel via the V-belt transmission. The flywheel is connected to the eccentric shaft through a brake clutch. The control of the clutch-brake is electro-pneumatic. Slide travel is adjusted manually by rotating the eccentric sleeve. The press has slide balancers, an upper ejector and adjustable guides for setting gaps.
The presses of KP series are manufactured in 4 versions:
with an open working area and two-handed control;
with an open working area, two-handed control and with a pneumatic cushion;
with a pedal and fence of the working area;
with a pedal and fence of the working area and with a pneumatic cushion.
Lubrication – combined, critical moving elements are lubricated centrally.
Presses of the KR series are distinguished by automatic adjustment of the slide stroke, automatic adjustment of the closed height. Press control system – two-hand remote control and / or foot control. Presses of the KR series can also be equipped with a quick die change system and a pneumatic cushion.
C-frame presses can be equipped with a self-restoring hydraulic pressure safety device.
Presses of the KP and KR series can be built into the lines and supplied as part of stamping complexes together with an unwinding, straightening device and an automatic feed, a coil metal loading system.
Presses can be used either independently or as part of automated complexes and lines.
Design features:
- all-welded annealed bed;
- two-stage drive with shafts perpendicular to the front of the press;
- multi-disc friction clutch-brake with pneumatic activation;
- automated adjustment of the slider stroke;
- automated adjustment of the distance between the table and the slider;
- fuse in the slide to protect the press from overload:
- for presses with a force of 630…1600 kN - brittle (shear);
- for presses with a force of 2500 kN - hydraulic;
- mechanical ejector in the slider;
- control system based on an industrial controller;
- two-hand push-button control.
Options:
- pedal control (supplied complete with work area fencing);
- pneumatic cushion in the table;
- roller conveyor for quick change of dies.
