CRANK PRESS BRAKES
The presses are designed for the parts production of sheet and strip products by the bending method.
CRANK PRESS BRAKES
The universal V-die supplied with the press can bend a large number of different parts. In special dies supplied for an additional fee it’s possible to perform bending in one pass, bending along a radius, punching and punching of holes.
Adjustment of the presses slide position depending on the thickness of the bent material is carried out by the adjustment mechanism. The presses of the IT 1330 and 1T1330F2 models are equipped with a mechanism for compensating the deflection of the table and slideensuring high-quality bending of relatively long sheets of significant thickness with high bending forces. The presses are equipped with two front stops to be used as a receiving table for small batches of workpieces, and a rear power stop designed to stop the bent material.
Combined use of the mechanized support and backgauge provides productive bending of workpieces without readjustment. A fuse is installed on the presses, designed to register the greatest forces developed by the press and to turn off the main drive when the press is overloaded.
The presses are equipped with a remote control panel (models IR1332, IR1334 and IR1334A with two consoles) with two-hand (push-button) control and a pedal interlocked in such a way that when one of the systems is in the working position, the possibility of controlling the press from another system is excluded.
Press operating mode: adjustment, single stroke, continuous strokes.
The lubrication is centralized and manual, with a syringe through grease fittings.
The presses of the IT1330F2 and IT1330VF2 models have the following operational advantages over the replaceable presses mod. IT 1330 and IT 1330V:
• the accuracy of setting the backgauge is increased by approximately five times (up to 0.1 mm) due to the use of photoelectric (incremental) sensors to control (fo stroke of the actuators, with digital indication of this stroke, as well as the execution of the backgauge mechanism on precise ball screws (previously a “screw-nut” friction pair was used);
• all the main press controls, except the two-handed control and the pedal, are concentrated on a compact operator panel with a tactile-sensitive screen, which displays the necessary service information, including digital indication of adjustments, information on operating modes and control methods, information on emergency modes; all this reduces operator fatigue and the number of possible errors, as well as reduces the time for resetting the bending parameters, which is typical for the manufacture of parts with bent shelves of different sizes at di fferent angles;
• the reliability of the control system is increased due to the ability to control the press both from the operator panel and directly from the controller;
• unauthorized use of the press is excluded, since its activation is possible only after 'entering a certain access code.
