The universal V-die supplied with the press can bend a large number of different parts. It’s possible to carry out bending complex parts in one pass, radius bending, punching and cutting of sheet workpieces in special dies supplied for a fee.
The operation of the presses is provided by a hydraulic system containing one or two master cylinders, a pumping unit and a hydraulic control panel. The hydraulic drive for the working stroke provides a quick approach of the slide to the workpiece, a slow stroke during bending and a quick retraction to the initial position. Adjustment and adjustment of the position of the slide, depending on the thickness of the bent sheet material, is carried out by the mechanism for adjusting the inter-die space.
Presses with a long table length are equipped with a mechanism for compensating the deflection of the table and slide, which ensures high-quality bending of relatively long sheets of considerable thickness at the rated force.
The presses have two supports that allow them to be used as a receiving table for small batches of workpieces, and a backgauge with an indicator of the stop position relative to the bending line designed for precise positioning of the sheet.
It is possible to manufacture hydraulic press brakes equipped with a D-Range Optimizer (DRO) and a motorized backgauge. The coordinates counting of the backgauge position is carried out by the DRO.
The electrical circuit ensures the operation of the presses in single strokes and in the adjustment mode.
