Delegates from all structural divisions of the plant were elected to it. It was they who were to take part in the discussion of the work of the trade union committee of the enterprise since the reporting and election conference, which took place in December 2019, as well as the implementation of the collective agreement for 2019-2021 for the first half of this year.
Invited guests took part in the conference: Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Trade Union of Industrial Workers "Belprofmash" Kostyan Mikhail Mikhailovich, Head of the Legal Department of the FPB Shcherbakova Olga Viktorovna, Chairman of the Pinsk City Association of Trade Unions Tatyana Ivanovna Zyshchik.
In accordance with the agenda of the conference, the first issue was “Report of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of OJSC Kuzlitmash for the period January 2020-July 2021”. The chairman of the trade union committee Sheverdina Alina Mikhailovna made a report on the work done during the reporting period.
In her speech, she noted that over the past period, despite the coronavirus pandemic with all the ensuing consequences, serious work has been done to improve the socio-economic situation of trade union members, improve working conditions, comply with labor laws, organize rest and leisure for workers businesses and their families.
During the event, the reports of the audit and mandate commissions were heard.
Further, the director of OAO Kuzlitmash Maxim Zakharenko addressed the delegates. In his speech, he made a thorough analysis of the results of work in 2020, noted the seriousness and ambitiousness of the plans facing the team in 2021, separately noted that in connection with the achievement of positive results of the production and economic activities of the Company and the exit for break-even operation, following the results of January-June 2021, all obligations to fulfill the current CA were renewed. Finishing his speech, the leader concluded that the employer and the trade union have the same goal - to create conditions that enhance the social security of workers, increase their interest in professional growth, and ultimately strengthen the team.
Speaking in the debate, Oleg Aleksandrovich Vorobyov, assistant director for regime and security, and Leonid Alekseevich Prokopovich, head of the production planning and cooperation department, gave their assessment of the work of the trade union committee.
Then, an act was heard on the implementation of the collective agreement for 2019-2021 for the 1st half of the current year.
Based on the results of the speeches, the delegates recognized the work of the trade union committee as satisfactory, approved the act of checking the collective agreement for 2019-2021 for the first half of this year.
At the end of the speech, the invited guests, Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Trade Union of Industrial Workers "Belprofmash" Kostyan Mikhail Mikhailovich, Head of the Legal Department of the FTUB Shcherbakova Olga Viktorovna, who highly appreciated the organization of the reporting trade union conference, wished the team success in fulfilling the assigned tasks.
